CHICAGO - May River Capital, together with Longview Asset Management and Knox Capital Holdings LLC, completed a merger that brings together Stancor, L.P. with BJM Pumps LLC. The merged businesses will be a part of Industrial Flow Solutions, a portfolio company of May River Capital, which specializes in the design, manufacturing, sales and service of pumping and fluid management solutions for harsh, rugged environments.

Stancor has more than 30 years of experience designing and manufacturing electrical submersible pumps (ESPs) and pumping controls systems. The company is headquartered in Monroe, Connecticut, with a satellite manufacturing site in Prospect, Connecticut. Stancor delivers solutions based on integrated pump and control systems. The company serves building trades, construction, mining, utilities and wastewater customers.

BJM Pumps, based in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, manufactures, sells and services submersible pumps used in industrial and municipal dewatering and wastewater applications. BJM’s products are designed for harsh operating environments with heavy solids, abrasives, high temperatures and chemically corrosive fluids.
