Located in America’s heartland, St. Marys Foundry’s advanced production facility features two 20-ton coreless induction furnaces. Utilizing chemically-bonded sand in its pit and flask molding processes, the experienced team excels at producing castings ranging from 1,000- 60,000 lbs. of Gray, Ductile and customer-specific irons for a variety of applications. St. Marys Foundry’s in-house laboratory offers chemical testing, metallurgical analysis, and sand testing to ensure quality throughout the casting process.
