COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Due to the ongoing global public health concerns related to coronavirus or COVID-19, the third biennial Asia Turbomachinery & Pump Symposium (ATPS 2020) will now be held Aug. 4-6, 2020 in the original venue, at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

The technical sessions and exhibition will be held Tuesday-Thursday, Aug. 4-6 and short courses will be held on Friday, Aug. 7.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The Turbo Lab announced that, as of Feb. 25, the Asia Turbomachinery and Pump Symposium has been postponed due to the ongoing health concerns related to the spread of the coronavirus disease, or COVID-19.

The event will still be located at KLCC in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. New dates for ATPS are soon to follow.

WUHAN, China - The Huoshenshan Hospital attracted worldwide attention at the beginning of the month when it was built in just a few days in the Chinese city of Wuhan to accommodate patients infected with the coronavirus. The hospital has been officially in operation since Feb. 3, 2020. Busch Vacuum Solutions supplied 12 vacuum pumps for the central vacuum supply of the entire hospital, and they were installed within two days, according to a Busch press release.
