Winston Mizelle has more than 22 years of experience in condition monitoring and reliability engineering. As enterprise customer success manager for North America, Winston provides expertise to clients in the ongoing development of digital transformation strategy utilizing the Baker Hughes Cordant suite of software and services including Baker Hughes’s Cordant Asset Health. Winston has served in various roles throughout his CdM/PdM career from applications engineer, training, to director of field services. His expertise encompasses multiple technologies including lubrication, infrared and ultrasound. Winston’s his network architecture background helps Baker Hughes’s initiative in enabling customers with Industry 4.0. which includes aspects of digital transformation, digital twins and the adoption of AI and machine learning prescriptive analytics to drive reliability outcomes.

Winston holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, from Sam Houston State University and an associate's degree in information systems from Mississippi Gulf Coast College. He is Vibration Level I & II Certified through Technical Associates of Charlotte and is based in Houston.
