Dave Williams is president of SWPA and serves on Liberty Pumps’ executive team as director of engineering responsible for all R&D, product design, quality and warranty aspects of the business.  Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in applied physics from State University of New York at Geneseo and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University. Prior to entering the wastewater industry, Williams held numerous positions in manufacturing engineering and quality management in the automotive industry.
