Colfax Corporation, a manufacturer of fluid-handling solutions for critical applications, announced the appointment of Rick McKay to account manager for Colfax Fluid Handling's Power Generation and Industrial Solutions.

McKay will help drive the sale of a complete spectrum of fluid handling products and services across the South Central territory, which encompasses Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

“Rick has over 20 years of expertise in engineered pumping systems, automated control valve systems and lubrication equipment,” noted Keith Schafer, Vice President, Global Power Generation and Industrial Solutions. “His demonstrated ability to work in a variety of industries further strengthens our ability to provide great depth of knowledge and impeccable service to our customers.”

Prior to accepting this position in Texas, McKay was an account manager for Colfax in Utah. McKay also held a variety of sales positions with PCE Pacific, EIS, and Davidson Sales and Engineering. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.

McKay resides in Texas with his wife and two sons.
