BEAUMONT, Texas (Jan. 24, 2012) – National Pump & Compressor starts 2013 with the opening of three new locations in Williston, N.D., Fort Collins, Colo., and Wilmington, Del. In addition, NPC announced the grand opening of the branch in Bakersfield, Calif.

NPC has steadily expanded in key territories of the pump business. These new locations promise to be the continuation of this corporate initiative. “We are excited to expand into these new markets and strive to provide the best quality products and service to the industries we will serve. We want to establish ourselves as the rental, sales, and service leaders in these areas,” said Vice President of Operations Jason Pyle.

The Williston, N.D., branch will focus on teaming up with companies exploring the Bakken Shale Formation in North Dakota. The branch will primarily supply pump rental equipment to this sector. “The Williston branch will give NPC the opportunity to fully service the Bakken Shale Formation as well as the construction industry, pipeline contractors, municipalities, and any other industries that calls on us for pump needs in Western Dakota,” said Williston Manager Trey Sepulvado.

The Fort Collins, Colo., branch will act as an extension of the Grand Junction branch, serving the mining and oil & gas industries throughout the state.

The Bakersfield, Calif., branch is NPC’s first undertaking on the West Coast. This branch will focus on serving the petrochemical, refining, municipal, mining, and agricultural industries in Bakersfield and the surrounding San Joaquin Valley.

With the purpose of establishing a strong presence in the Northeast, NPC is opening a branch in Wilmington, Del. The Wilmington branch, headed by new NPC Manager Otto Steffers, will assist in NPC’s disaster relief initiative, as well as serve the industrial, construction, and municipal industries in the surrounding area.
