The ISO 9000 family of standards is related to quality management systems and designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while also meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to products. ISO 9001:2008 is the ultimate global benchmark for quality management.

The Dallas facility delivers top performance in the design and manufacturing of packaged pumping systems, controls, and RO treatment systems for irrigation, municipal, residential, commercial and industrial applications. The ISO9001:2008 certification demonstrates Xylem’s commitment to excellence for its industry-leading brands, including A-C Fire Pump, Bell & Gossett®, Flowtronex, Goulds Water Technology, and Water Equipment Technologies.

The ISO 9001:2008 audit was performed by Det Norske Veritas (DNV). DNV audits are recognized as the global benchmark for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction.
