RWL Water Group Acquires Tipton Environmental’s Major Assets

NEW YORK (March 19, 2013) – Aeromix Inc., one of RWL Water Group’s subsidiaries, has acquired the major assets of Tipton Environmental. This addition brings with it Tipton’s 15 years of experience designing and manufacturing activated sludge packaged wastewater treatment plants, three of Tipton’s top engineers and 1,000 wastewater installations.

RWL Water Group is a global water solutions provider owned and founded by Ronald S. Lauder. Based in New York, the Group works to meet the world’s increasing need for clean water through water purification and recycling technologies. The Group believes that the asset addition of Tipton Environmental will help grow RWL Water’s already competitive edge in both domestic and international markets.
