OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. (April 11, 2013) – Andrew Pascal has joined BJM Pumps as the production and inventory control coordinator, reporting to Richard Malcarne, the manufacturing manager. Pascal comes to BJM with more than 5 years of inventory control and warehouse management experience in the wholesale building trades market. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Wheaton College. When not helping to drive scheduling of pump manufacturing at BJM Pumps, Pascal enjoys reading and outdoor activities like skiing, golf, swimming and spending time with his dog, a rescue from Louisiana.

In addition, Mario Alvarez has joined the BJM sales team as regional sales manager covering Latin America. Alvarez will be responsible for establishing pump distribution and BJM selling channels for Mexico, Central America and South America. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Alvarez has spent more than 17 years establishing international distribution channels and supporting customers in Latin America. Most of his experience has involved pumps and related products. He is an engineering graduate of the University of Houston and currently resides in Houston with his family.
