The motor control technology manufacturer has its global headquarters in the United Kingdom and its Americas headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minn. Originally founded as KTK on Oct. 4, 1973, the company became Control Techniques on Dec. 9, 1975 and was acquired by Emerson on Nov. 30, 1994.
