Hatz Diesel of America Names New National Sales Manager

WAUKESHA, Wisc. (Sept. 6, 2016)—Hatz Diesel of America announced that Michael Hartoonian has been named the company’s national sales manager. With more than 23 years of engine industry experience, Hartoonian will oversee the Hatz National Sales Force and its U.S. distributor network from Hatz’ U.S. headquarters in Waukesha, Wisc.

Hartoonian, a native of Wisconsin, comes to Hatz from Total Energy Systems, where he was the director of the company’s engine division. Prior to that, he was with EC Power Systems of Seattle and with Kohler Engines as its area manager for the Western U.S. “I think it’s an exciting time to be part of the Hatz U.S.A. team,” Hartoonian said. “With the introduction of Hatz’ new 3- and 4-cylinder liquid-cooled engines, the company is building on its 140-year heritage of developing innovative, quality diesel engines that meet or exceed the latest environmental requirements.
