OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. (March 16, 2017)—BJM Pumps announced various personnel changes at the company, including the promotion of Joseph Ho to service manager. Ho has served as an integral member of the BJM team for more than a decade, during which his responsibilities have grown with the company, according to a statement from BJM Pumps. Ho focuses on serving distributors’ and end-users’ needs by working closely to solve application challenges and drive corrective action when necessary. The company also welcomed Randy Gonzalez to the team as warehouse technician. His responsibilities include warehouse inventory management and coordinating with shipping and production departments on orders. Gonzalez has experience in auto mechanics and small engine repair. BJM also welcomed Cameron Rodriguez-Miller as production technician. He is a graduate of Porter and Chester Institute in Branford, Connecticut.
