R&R Merges With Westpower

David Goddard, president of Westpower, and the principals of R&R Machine, Inc., Derek Vockel and Pat Raymond, are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement to amalgamate the ownership interests of R&R and Westpower. The combined company will offer rotating equipment repair and field services coupled with pump, mixer and integrated fabricated systems through Northwest United States and Western Canada. The transaction is expected to significantly enhance the new integrated organization’s sales, service and repair offerings in the geographic regions within which it currently operates. The principal shareholders of both companies will remain leaders within the combined organization. “This represents an exciting new opportunity for all of us. R&R is an industrial service company specializing in repair and reconditioning services for industrial pumps, compressors and related machinery.
