BLOOMFIELD, New Jersey -- T&M Associates has tapped Vito Spadavecchia as its new Water Resources Department Manager for the North Jersey water and wastewater practice. From a T&M release: Spadavecchia holds multiple professional licenses in water and wastewater system operations and has more than 35 years of experience, with most of that time being spent at SUEZ North America (formerly United Water) where he held numerous supervisory roles including Operations Manager, Treatment and Supply Manager, Assessment Management Analyst and most recently Technical Manager. While at SUEZ North America, he oversaw the design and construction of treatment and distribution facilities throughout New Jersey and New York and was responsible for all aspects of environmental, health and safety performance, administration and financial control for numerous systems throughout the region. “Vito has a deep understanding of the challenges facing our government and industrial clients as they seek to modernize their water and wastewater infrastructure to better meet the needs of their customers and improve quality of life for the communities they serve,” said Christine Ballard, PE, T&M Water Resources Operations Manager and Vice President. “This understanding, combined with his proven leadership, strategic vision and proficiency in operations, will benefit our clients through sustainable solutions that meet their budget restraints and address their goals for environmental stewardship, safety and public health.” In his role as Department Manager, Spadavecchia will be responsible for providing clients with dependable, results-driven service through informed counsel, the mobilization of T&M’s technical expertise, and the incorporation of best practices to ensure efficient and effective treatment and distribution facilities. He will also be charged with developing strong client relationships and supporting major pursuits and delivery. Vito joins T&M’s growing national Water Resources team, which provides solutions for the full cycle of water, encompassing expertise in wastewater, drinking water, stormwater, infrastructure and green infrastructure.
