MILWAUKEE, Wisc. - Helwig Carbon Products, Inc. announced the appointment of Harold Katz as sales representative for Southern California. Katz has 35 years of sales and sales management experience in the ball bearing, power transmission, linear bearing and motion control industries. He spent 34 years with Bearing Engineers, Inc./ Motion Solutions, Inc. in the roles of sales representative, assistant sales manager, sales manager, vice president and president. He left to form his own independent sales representation organization in 2017 with focus on motor manufacturing, repair, and overhaul industries. Harold has a bachelor's of science in business administration from California State University, Northridge.
The company also announced the appointment of Pawn Meksyphet as sales representative for the Northern Illinois territory. Meksyphet has more than 18 years of professional sales and account management experience in telecommunications and nonprofit/political fundraising Industries. He has held positions at Verizon Wireless, US Billing, and Sprint, and was most recently involved in the development, marketing and launch of over a dozen, independently owned and operated, Sprint prepaid retail locations in the state of Wisconsin. Pawn served in the US Army Reserve and studied at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
