BELDING, Mich. - Robroy Enclosures, manufacturers of non-metallic electrical, instrumentation and industrial enclosures, has promoted Kiesha Coon to scheduler/buyer.

Coon has been with Robroy Enclosures for the past 19 years. She began, in 2001 at the age of 19, as a temporary employee in the assembly department. She then was promoted to a full time position on a first shift assembly bench where she worked for the next five years. When the lead assembly position became available she was promoted again and served as the lead for 14 years until she was promoted, this year, to scheduler/buyer.

“Kiesha Coon is a great example of the many outstanding professionals working effectively on behalf of customers of Robroy Enclosures,” said Craig Mitchell, president of Robroy Enclosures. “Kiesha has grown as a professional, year-after-year, and will now fulfill the critical role of scheduling the entire plant from the mold room to the CNC operation and assembly. She will place and guide materials on orders to to ensure that everything flows through the proper departments until final assembly, ensuring that finished products ship on time.”
