Voigt-Abernathy Acquires Pnucor

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Voigt-Abernathy Sales Corporation announced the completion of the asset purchase of Pnucor, LLC, a distributor of pumps, filtration products, process equipment and services for industrial applications. The purchase also includes the Pnucor Filtration disposable media cartridge manufacturing operations and Pnucor brand name.

Originally founded in 1968, Pnucor is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina and operates out of a single location. Pnucor is focused on serving customers in the chemical, oil & gas, petrochemical, municipal, power generation, food, pharmaceutical, military, textile, & general industrial markets with 8 employees.
