FENTON, Mo. - Control Devices, LLC announced that it acquired Dry Link, Inc. of Sunrise, Florida on March 31, 2021. The transaction is Control Devices' 10th add‐on acquisition.

Dry Link, Inc. is a manufacturer of dry-disconnect "dry break" hose couplings for bulk transfer of liquids and high-containment split-butterfly valves for powders. Their couplings are used worldwide in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries to provide drip-free connections. All major pharmaceutical, biotechnology and food companies specify Dry Link's sanitary line of couplings when hygienic and high purity conditions are required.
