Integrated Power Services Acquires Tampa Armature Works, Inc.

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Integrated Power Services, a North American player in service, repair and engineering for power management, electro-mechanical and rotating assets, continues to grow with a definitive agreement to acquire Tampa Armature Works, Inc. (TAW).

The definitive agreement is expected to close in early June, pending regulatory approval. Headquartered in Riverview, FL, TAW is a fourth-generation, family-owned company and one of the industry’s largest independent operations. The company has 11 locations servicing customers in the southeastern U.S., Caribbean, South America and Internationally.
