ATLANTA, Ga. – Registration is open for the SMRP 30th Annual Conference, taking place in Raleigh, NC, October 17-20, 2022. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from more than 80 experts in maintenance, reliability and physical asset management during 170 hours of track sessions and workshops.
The four-day event will host over 80 presenters from around the world, including keynote speaker, Mike Abrashoff. In 12 months, Mike helped turn around the worst performing ship in the Navy to the best – using the same crew. The story of that stunning transformation has lessons for every organization: leadership matters – and culture is everything. Mike will tell his story and share his established set of management principles that he calls “The Leadership Roadmap” with SMRP Annual Conference attendees.
Attendees will also have the chance to earn up to 24 hours of recertification credits, which is 48 percent of the requirement for CMRPs and CMRTs, by attending the various workshops and track sessions. A tour of Novo Nordisk API in Clayton, NC and networking events will also be offered for the chance to connect with other practitioners and the 100+ exhibitors registered to attend.
“We are thrilled to celebrate this important milestone with maintenance and reliability professionals from all over the world at the SMRP Annual Conference this fall,” said Erin Erickson, executive director, SMRP. “Every year, the SMRP Annual Conference continues to grow and has become the premiere learning and networking event for the profession.”
In addition to the keynote presentation, there will be over 50+ sessions, 30 workshops and speaker sessions that focus on six unique tracks: Business and Management, Manufacturing Process Reliability, Equipment Reliability, Organization and Leadership, Work Management, and Emerging Technologies. Some of the topics that will be covered over the course of Annual Conference include “Unleash Your Leadership Potential,” “Blueprinting Maintenance for Performance: Tools And Method For Transformation,” “How a Connected Workforce Improves Maintenance Productivity,” “Digital Transformation for Maintenance and Operations,” and many more.
