FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Trelleborg comments on the acquisition of the US-based company Minnesota Rubber & Plastics that was finalized recently.
The bolt-on acquisition furthers Trelleborg’s ambition to provide innovative custom solutions to customers by accelerating product development and strengthening research and development in areas such as healthcare and medical, food and beverage, and transportation.
Linda Muroski, President of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Marketing Americas and Global Healthcare & Medical, says: “This acquisition complements us in many ways, and we want to build a broader portfolio together.
