Integrated Power Services acquires Evans Enterprises, Inc.

GREENVILLE, SC. – IPS has acquired Evans Enterprises, Inc (Evans). The sale includes all eight Evans locations, servicing customers across the South and Central United States. For IPS, these additional locations add services to underserved markets and further enhance its industry-leading network of locations.  

Established in 1954, Evans is a fourth-generation, family-owned company offering decades of services to customers in the industrial, renewable energy and commercial markets. Evans pioneered aftermarket services to the wind power generation market in 2006, servicing the industry’s first generation of electromechanical components and generators.
