ARVADA, Col. – Sundyne has announced that Kevin Lance has joined the company as general manager, Arvada. In this role, Kevin will oversee the quoting, procurement, project management, engineering and manufacturing processes for all pumps and compressors produced in Sundyne’s Arvada facility. He will be working to accelerate Sundyne’s growth by streamlining every aspect of Sundyne’s processes from order to shipment.
Lance comes to Sundyne from Fluid and Motion Control (a subsidiary of Emerson). For the last 11 years, Lance has held a variety of roles including VP of operations and general manager, where he has led all facets of manufacturing operations, with a focus on strengthening supply chains, improving delivery times to customers, optimizing inventory turns and enhancing cash flow. Prior to Fluid and Motion Control, Lance gained experience as a plant manager, engineering manager and plant controller for the Remington Arms Company. Lance began his career with engineering and financial analysis roles with Xerox.
