Trelleborg Promotes Heather Castleman to Vice President of Marketing Americas

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has promoted Heather Castleman to vice president of marketing Americas.

Castleman, who has been a leader at Trelleborg for two decades, will guide the industrial organization in innovation developments, establish and execute strategic goals and evolve the organization’s business model and processes to enhance the already exceptional customer experiences it creates.

Castleman was previously senior director, strategy & marketing, for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. She has been with the organization in various roles since 2004. Castleman has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
