Colonial Seal Company Acquires SSP Manufacturing

WESTVILLE, N.J. - Colonial Seal Company formalized the acquisition of SSP Manufacturing of Hackettstown, NJ, on April 28, 2023. SSP has been manufacturing and distributing seals and related components to the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, power transmission, automobile, cosmetic, mining and other specialty industries since 1994. 

Dasha Kharkevich will be the new General Manager of SSP Manufacturing, and she has years of experience in this industry. SSP will operate out of the Westville, N.J. location.
