Wilo Canada Inc. Acquires PLAD Equipment Ltd.

MONTREAL, Quebec – WILO Canada Inc., a subsidiary of WILO SE, has acquired the assets of PLAD Equipment Ltd., a company specializing in pumps and packaged pump systems for HVAC, boosting, firefighting and irrigation applications. Plad, based in Montreal and Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, employs 43 people and also offers pump repair and machining services.

Stephane Miron, president of Plad Equipment adds, “We are very excited to become part of the Wilo family. Our goal is to demonstrate our product expertise we gained from serving our markets since 1959.”
