NEENAH, Wis. – McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering, architectural and consulting firm, has hired Mark Rohloff as Public Safety and Municipal Management division manager beginning in January. Rohloff, well known for his roles leading local municipalities, will work alongside Jeff Roemer in leading the division, focused on enhancing public safety and government needs by collaborating with McMahon’s engineering and architectural teams to improve community services and facility safety.
Rohloff joins McMahon upon his retirement as the city manager of Oshkosh after more than 16 years. He is best known for responsive, effective and efficient delivery of services and a “can do” attitude.
Prior to his role with the City of Oshkosh, Rohloff served as town administrator of Grand Chute, city administrator of City of Berlin, assistant city manager of City of Rancho Palos Verdes, California, and a senior budget analyst for the City of Long Beach, California. His resume totals more than 40 years of professional experience in local government in major areas of municipal services including finance, human resources, labor relations, economic and community development, public works and utilities.
