WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – After more than 25 years of dedicated service, Win Blodgett, president and owner of Holland Pump Company, has announced his retirement, effective December 31, 2024. Blodgett, who served as president since 2007 and as the company's full or part owner from 2012 to 2024, leaves behind a lasting legacy of growth, employee dedication and strong partnerships with customers and vendors.
"Holland Pump is a special place, with incredible people at every level," said Blodgett. "I have been honored to lead this company for so many years, and I'm proud of what we've achieved together. Every role within the company is critical to our success, and the alignment of our team toward the shared mission of helping our customers Finish Faster has been key to our growth."
Under Blodgett’s leadership, Holland Pump Company has seen significant expansion, growing threefold since its acquisition by his father, Bill Blodgett Sr., in 1999. This expansion has been built upon a solid foundation of decades of employee dedication, loyalty from long-term customers, and strong relationships with trusted vendors.
An essential element of Holland Pump’s success has been the retention of key employees, many of whom have served the company for decades. Blodgett’s emphasis on nurturing talent and fostering long-term relationships has been a cornerstone of the company's achievements.
