HEIDENHEIM, Germany – Jan Lüder will be appointed president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Voith Hydro and member of the corporate board of management of the Voith Group effective April 1, 2025. He succeeds Dr. Tobias Keitel, who will continue his career outside Voith.
Lüder was most recently division president flow and member of the Executive Committee of Sulzer AG in Switzerland. Between 2015 and 2022, Lüder held management positions at thyssenkrupp, including CEO of the Mining Technologies division and was previously CEO of Industrial Solutions Asia Pacific and CEO of Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. From 1995 to 2015, he worked for Siemens AG for almost 20 years in the Metals Technologies, Industrial Solutions and Power Generation divisions with international management functions in Asia (China, Malaysia) and Europe (Germany, Finland and Austria). Lüder holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany.
