Bill DeRoche is a national sales manager, Industrial Products, for Allied Moulded Products, Inc. DeRoche has been involved with enclosures in various sales management roles for the last 25 years. As national sales manager for both a nationwide metal enclosure manufacturer as well as Allied Moulded Products, he is well-versed in both the metal and non-metallic manufacturing processes. He earned a B.A. in Business Management from Northeastern University. Roger Schroder has more than 18 years of expertise in manufacturing as a plant manager and manufacturing engineering manager. Schroder obtained his Masters of Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Lake Superior State University. He is currently the engineering manager at Stahlin Non-Metallic Enclosures in Belding, Mich.
