Professor Emeritus Robert L. Sanks, a consulting engineer since 1944, has taught graduate or undergraduate courses in civil engineering for 15 years and in environmental engineering for 16 years, has authored or co-authored six books (he was co-editor or editor-in-chief of four), and has published numerous papers and participated in many seminars. He has studied models of pumping station wet wells since 1992.
