ST. LOUIS (March 30, 2016) – The Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA) will hold its Annual Convention and Exposition from June 12 - 14, 2016 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The theme for the 2016 Convention is “E3: Educate – Experience – Engage.”
“The convention theme perfectly sums up what you can expect from the many education sessions and exhibition,” said Mike Dupuis, EASA chairman of the board.
The convention will once again feature a wide-ranging program addressing current business and management issues, including:
- How Customers Evaluate the Quality of Service Work: explains the language of quality of services including the role of service gaps.
- Sustainable Sales Team Development: outlines seven essential components for entrenching a culture of training and practice for sales teams.
- Global Industrial Economy - 2016 and Beyond: gives an overview of short and long-term global conomic forecasts.
- Failure Analysis of Bearings: understand the causes and damages from the most common electric motor bearing failures and how to resolve them.
- Pump System Optimization: explores practices to improve reliability while reducing operating costs.
- Safety Regulations Update: reviews the new safety regulations that soon become effective and how to build a safety program and culture of safety.
