(April 6, 2016) -- EBARA CORPORATION, a manufacturer of pumps, held technical seminars on pumps and refrigerators at the Vietnam-Japan Human Resources Cooperation Center (VJCC) in Ho Chi Minh City for two days, March 17 and 18, 2016. The seminars were attended by people from private companies and universities, with 58 taking part in the pump seminar and 52 people taking part in the refrigerator seminar. Many high-rise buildings and shopping centers have been built over the last few years in Ho Chi Minh City, where urbanization is progressing rapidly. Pumps and refrigerators are essential for these buildings, and thus there is a growing demand for them. EBARA has continued building relationships around the world through technical guidance and other forms of international cooperation. Since the launch of the EBARA Hatakeyama Memorial Fund in 1989, it has organized up to 250 seminars at different locations around the world, welcoming upwards of 12,000 participants. EBARA will continue to contribute to the development of Southeast Asian countries not only by offering pumps and other products and services, but through technical seminars and other international cooperation activities.
