CLACKAMAS, Ore. – Cornell Pump announced Nick Ivers has joined the company as the Southwest Agricultural regional manager, with responsibilities for irrigation, farm dewatering and manure in California, the desert Southwest and the Mountain West. Ivers has more than five years of experience in the pump industry, selling into the construction, agricultural, mining and municipal markets. He has worked in business development, regional sales management, inside sales, and original equipment manufacturing. Ivers has spent the last three years as a regional territory manager, increasing sales in his area by more than 175 percent. Ivers joins Cornell Pump, as Cornell celebrates its 76th year as an agricultural pump company. “Nick is an asset to the sales team,” said Marcus Davi, Cornell Pump VP of Sales. “He has strong pump knowledge, coupled with technical skills, and problem-solving abilities that will help our customers, and ultimately Cornell, succeed. Nick will take on new opportunities here at Cornell, working in our longest-standing market, agricultural sales, in a very important territory for us. I’m confident that he’ll be integral in providing high quality pumping solutions throughout the Southwest.” Ivers’ new role has him responsible for agricultural distributor sales support and customer relations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and Wyoming.
