Rockledge, Fla.—A new location for PIRTEK USA—PIRTEK Clearfield—is now open in Syracuse, Utah. This is the second PIRTEK USA franchise for Todd Miceli, owner of PIRTEK Salt Lake City. “We’ve had great success in Salt Lake City since we opened a little more than 18 months ago,” Miceli said. “We’re expecting PIRTEK Clearfield to perform well: It’s in one of the state’s busiest industrial parks and it’s only two miles from Hill Air Force Base.” The new service and supply center is at 1068 West 350 South, Space E, Syracuse, Utah 84075. Three people staff PIRTEK Clearfield and two mobile services vehicles are available to make service calls. PIRTEK Clearfield is about 30 miles north of the Salt Lake City location. Hill Air Force Base, which Miceli expects to be a major source of PIRTEK Clearfield’s business, is the second-largest U.S. Air Force base by population and geographic size. It’s also the largest employer in Utah and has an economic impact of more than $3 billion per year. PIRTEK Clearfield will also seek business from the manufacturing, construction and transportation sectors. PIRTEK USA specializes in hydraulic and industrial hose services through its locations throughout the country. PIRTEK USA team members are available 24/7 to provide onsite repairs to hydraulic and industrial hoses. PIRTEK has more than 400 franchise locations in 23 countries around the world, including 79 in the United States. Miceli, who opened PIRTEK Salt Lake City in July 2017, said that having a Tier 1 brick-and-mortar location has been advantageous in a number of ways, including walk-in counter business—traffic that can help drive future service calls.
