Test Devices Inc. Merges into Schenck USA

DEER PARK, N.Y. - Schenck USA is continuing its One Schenck USA strategy with the merger of the legal entity Test Devices Inc. (TDI) of Hudson, Massachusetts, into Schenck USA Corp. of Deer Park, New York.

This took effect on Feb. 1. TEST DEVICES will operate as a business unit of Schenck USA Corp., with premises remaining in Hudson, Massachusetts.

The TDI brand will remain an integral part of the business, with continued focus on offering spin testing (pre-spinning and development testing), semi-finish machining, and balancing services, as well as supplying specialized spin testers to the aerospace industry. David Woodford remains the president of TDI, a business unit of Schenck USA Corp.
