ROCHESTER, N.Y./WARRIOR, Ala. - WorldWide Electric, LLC announced that it has acquired Louis Allis, a specialty motor company based outside of Birmingham, Alabama. The combination of the two companies establishes a single source for a full range of reliable standard off-the-shelf products, modified standard products, and full custom specialty products.

Louis Allis has been producing specialty motors for demanding applications since 1901.
