Washington, D.C. – In recognition of National Public Works Week, the American Public Works Association (APWA) hosted a virtual interactive briefing for Congress, Public Works: Essential Before, During and Beyond the Pandemic. The brief was held in cooperation with U.S. House of Representatives Public Works and Infrastructure Caucus Co-Chairs Reps. CEDARBURG, Wis. - WILO USA LLC, a subsidiary of WILO SE, is pleased to announce the investment of a new 250,000 square foot headquarters and production facility in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. A developer’s agreement with the City of Cedarburg was approved on Monday, May 11th, with construction scheduled to begin in fall 2020. The new headquarters will bring the combined operations of Wilo USA, Weil Pump, Scot Pump, and Wilo Machine Co. to a single production site.

HELSINKI, Finland - The future Metso Outotec Board of Directors has decided on the planned company structure and the related Executive Team appointments. The nominations become effective after the closing of the partial demerger of Metso and the combination of Metso’s Minerals business and Outotec, which is currently expected to take place on June 30, 2020, subject to the receipt of all required regulatory and other approvals, including competition clearances.
