DANBURY, Conn. – Tech Air, a Connecticut-based distributor of industrial, medical, and specialty gases and related equipment and supplies, announced today that it has acquired Speed Industrial Supply (“Speed”) of Kemah, Texas. Speed is a distributor of industrial and welding supplies serving the Galveston Bay area near Houston, Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Tech Air is owned by CI Capital Partners and Tech Air management.
