WINTERTHUR, Switzerland (Dec. 20, 2016)—Sulzer has signed a binding agreement to acquire Wärtsilä’s Vessel Internal Electrostatic Coalescer (VIEC) business, according to a statement released by Sulzer. The VIEC business employs 13 people and is based in Asker, Norway.
LEONBERG, Germany (Dec. 20, 2016)—LEWA has commissioned a new test room for process pumps at its Leonberg, Germany, site, according to a statement from the company. The new test facility allows the operation of up to four pumps in parallel in variable frequency drive operation. All pump data is continuously monitored.
