Recently the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation recognized the facility as a 2016 Palmetto Shining Star recipient for achieving 1 million or more safe work hours without a lost-time injury.

CALDWELL, Idaho (June 2, 2016)—Xylem has secured a contract worth $1.9 million from the City of Caldwell in Idaho to add an advanced wastewater filtration system to the city’s existing wastewater treatment facility. The inclusion of tertiary filtration technology will enhance the treatment of wastewater effluent being discharged into the Boise River by removing suspended solids and ensuring that the facility can meet stricter regulations.
AUSTIN, Texas (June 1, 2016)—The Texas Water Development Board approved financial assistance totaling $14,815,433 for a new wastewater treatment plant and a reclaimed water system. Of this funding, $2,045,000 was designated for a rural water project.
