WILMINGTON, Mass. (Nov. 30, 2015) – Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group (WMFTG) has acquired the business and assets of Flow Smart Inc. through its parent company Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc.

Flow Smart, based in Seaford, Delaware, designs and manufactures high-purity sanitary gaskets, silicone transfer tubing and reinforced silicone hoses for the bioprocessing and pharmaceutical industries.
