WILMINGTON, Mass. (Aug. 18, 2014) – Koch Membrane Systems (KMS) announced that it has been selected to provide PURON membrane bioreactor (MBR) modules for the upgrade of a wastewater treatment plant at a refinery in Russia. The system is designed for an average flow of 24,000 cubic meters per day (6.3M GPD), with peaks of up to 28,800 m³/d (7.6M GPD). Start-up is scheduled for 2015.

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (Aug. 15, 2014) – The largest piece of the turret for Shell’s Prelude floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) facility has set sail from Dubai for the Samsung Heavy Industries shipyard in Geoje, South Korea, where the facility is under construction.
