CHICAGO - The Water Environment Federation has released a document for those interested in its annual conference and technical exhibition, WEFTEC, set for Oct. 3-7 in New Orleans. To support community-level crisis responses, Xylem Watermark, the company’s corporate citizenship program, is inviting customers and partners worldwide to nominate nonprofit organizations in their communities to receive grant funding for COVID-19 responses.
Thirty-six hours after the call from the Danish Medicines Agency, a Grundfos team had made a visor prototype. On April 3, full-scale production was set to begin. Up to 5,000 visors, or face shields—according to demand—rolled out every day, so that employees in the health and care sector can protect themselves and patients against corona infection.
