FORT SMITH, Ark. – ABB announced today it has completed the acquisition of Aurora Motors. The transaction was originally announced on November 4, 2024, and financial terms were not disclosed. Aurora Motors is a $4 million U.S. vertical pump motors provider, with engineering and operations in Shanghai, China, and a corporate office and distribution center in Hayward, California.

BATON ROUGE, La. – H&E Equipment Services, Inc. has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire the business of Precision Rentals. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, the company operates a branch in Phoenix and a second location in Aurora, Colorado. Precision offers a mix of general rental assets with a total fleet size, as measured by original equipment cost, of approximately $70 million and an attractive average fleet age of 37 months.
DAVIDSON, N.C.— Ingersoll Rand Inc. has completed the acquisitions of Oxywise s.r.o. and Fraserwoods Fabrication and Machining Ltd. for a combined all-cash purchase price of approximately $26 million.
Both Oxywise and Fraserwoods will join Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial Technologies and Services (IT&S) segment.
