(Aug. 26, 2016)—Tencarva Machinery Company LLC, based in Greensboro, N.C., has acquired Dixie Pump & Machine Works in Brookhaven, Miss., plus part of Predictive Maintenance Consultants in Brookhaven, from owners Reggie Allen and Collins Allen, Tencarva President Edwin W. Pearce III announced in a press release.
GREENSBORO, N.C (Jan. 16, 2014)—The Board of Directors of Tencarva Machinery Company, headquartered in Greensboro, N.C., has elected Edwin W. Pearce III as president of Tencarva, effective Jan. 1, 2014, after the retirement on Dec. 31, 2013, of Rod Lee who served in that position for 16 years.
GREENSBORO, N.C. (Aug. 5, 2013) – Tencarva Machinery Company acquired the assets of Pump Technology & Solutions Inc. (PTS), in Cumming, Ga., according to Rod Lee, Tencarva president.
On July 27, 2013, Tencarva purchased Pump Technology & Solutions Inc., a full service pump distributor and manufacturer's representative in Georgia, which will operate as a branch within Tencarva's GPM Division.
