WEST BEND, Wis. – Pick Heaters, Inc. has announced the appointment of Mark Brueggemann as its new president, effective immediately. Brueggemann, a dedicated member of the Pick Heaters team since 1992, steps into this role following the retirement of Mike Schopp, who served the company with distinction for 42 years.

MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. – Wall Colmonoy Corp., a provider of brazing, surfacing and engineered materials, has announced the acquisition of Indurate Alloys Ltd., a Canadian supplier of hardfacing products. This acquisition will strengthen Wall Colmonoy's position in the Canadian market and provide customers with a wider range of products and expertise to meet their wear resistance and corrosion protection needs.

WARMINSTER, Penn. – ThermOmegaTech has announced the expansion of its manufacturing facility. This expansion adds 23,000 square feet to the existing 37,000 square feet and incorporates new manufacturing, research and development and office space for the company's growing divisions, resulting in 60,000 square feet total.

BJERRINGBRO, Denmark – Grundfos has announced the appointment of Hamed Heyhat as executive vice president and divisional CEO, Water Utility. He assumes the role on 1 July 2024, and will join Grundfos’ Group Management.

TOKYO, Japan – Komatsu has completed the acquisition of GHH Group GmbH (GHH), a manufacturer of underground mining, tunnelling and special civil engineering equipment headquartered in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. 

EXTON, Penn. – Following the CEO transition plan previously announced by Bentley Systems, Incorporated, Nicholas Cumins has taken over as CEO. Cumins succeeds Greg Bentley, the eldest of the five brothers who founded Bentley Systems, who becomes executive chair of its board of directors.

MONTESANO, Wash. – Vaughan Company, Inc. (Vaughan) has hired Jack Pitts as regional sales manager for the Great Lakes region.

Pitts has over 35 years of industry experience and has spent much of his time specializing in both industrial and municipal pump sales and distribution management. At his previous job, he managed the second largest region with sales of over $27 million annually.
