ROCHESTER, N.Y./WARRIOR, Ala. - WorldWide Electric, LLC announced that it has acquired Louis Allis, a specialty motor company based outside of Birmingham, Alabama. The combination of the two companies establishes a single source for a full range of reliable standard off-the-shelf products, modified standard products, and full custom specialty products.

Louis Allis has been producing specialty motors for demanding applications since 1901.

DAVIDSON, N.C. - Curtiss-Wright Corporation announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the stock of Dyna-Flo Control Valve Services Ltd. (Dyna-Flo) for CAD$81 million (US$62 million) in cash. Dyna-Flo is a designer and manufacturer of linear and rotary control valves, isolation valves, actuators, and level and pressure control systems for the chemical, petrochemical, and oil and gas markets.

SWORDS, Ireland — Trane Technologies PLC, formerly known as Ingersoll-Rand PLC, today announced that it has successfully completed its Reverse Morris Trust transaction with Gardner Denver Holdings, Inc. (Gardner Denver is now known as Ingersoll Rand Inc.). The two companies merged last year.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The Turbo Lab announced that, as of Feb. 25, the Asia Turbomachinery and Pump Symposium has been postponed due to the ongoing health concerns related to the spread of the coronavirus disease, or COVID-19.
