GROVETOWN, Ga. – KSB SupremeServ announced today that Robin Strother has been named chief operating officer of KSB SupremeServ By Standard Alloys. This new position will report to the managing director and president, Richard Martinez, and oversee the KSB SupremeServ operations in Texas and Louisiana, including the foundry, part production machine shop, three service centers and associated service repair machine shops.

DE PERE, Wis. – Fluid System Components, Inc. (FSC) has announced the acquisition of Norcan Fluid Power Company (Norcan).

The acquisition of Norcanexpands FSC’s capabilities and reach to create a new force in North American fluid power solutions. Once the acquisition is finalized, Norcan will become part of the FSC group of companies.

GLENDALE, Wis. – Ampco Pumps Company and Kroneshave entered an agreement for Krones to acquire 90% of Ampco Pumps Company. Ampco manufactures centrifugal and positive displacement pumps and mixing and blending equipment for the food, beverage, marine and industrial markets. Krones has an option to buy the remaining shares in Ampco, which currently remain with company management. Current Ampco management will remain in place.
